اکوسیستم کارآفرینی و رقابت‌پذیری در صنایع منتخب

چکیده

رقابت‌پذیری ابزاری برای رسیدن به رشد اقتصادی مطلوب و توسعه پایدار در کشورهاست، و اگر کارآفرینان در محیط مناسبی قرار گیرند، به بهبود عملکرد رقابتی آنان منجر می­شود. ازاین‌رو، توسعه اکوسیستم کارآفرینانه بر افزایش رقابت­پذیری مؤثر است. اکوسیستم­‌های کارآفرینی مجموعه عواملی است که محیط­‌های حمایتی از کسب‌وکار مخاطره‌آمیز مبتنی بر نوآوری را خلق می­کند. این مقاله، تأثیر اکوسیستم کارآفرینی را از شش بُعد سیاست­، منابع مالی، حمایت ­ها، بازارها، سرمایه انسانی و فرهنگ، بر میزان رقابت­پذیری صنایع مورد بررسی قرار داده است. این پژوهش از منظر هدف، کاربردی بوده و روش گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی-همبستگی است. نمونه آماری شامل 130 شرکت فعال در صنایع رقابتی است که براساس شاخص هرفیندال انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها نیز پرسش‌نامه بوده است که از طریق نرم‌افزار SmartPLS3 و SPSS26 تجزیه‌وتحلیل شدند. براساس یافته ­ها، اکوسیستم کارآفرینی با ابعاد شش‌گانه بر میزان رقابت‌پذیری صنایع مؤثر است.

چکیده [English]

Competitiveness is a tool for achieving desirable economic growth and sustainable development in every country, and if entrepreneurs are placed in a good environment, they can improve their competitive performance, so the development of the entrepreneurial ecosystem will increase effective competitiveness. Entrepreneurial ecosystems are a set of factors that create environments that support innovation-driven venture capital. Therefore, this paper examines the impact of the entrepreneurship ecosystem from six dimensions of policy, finance, support, markets, human capital and culture on the competitiveness of industries. This research is an applied, descriptive-correlational. The sample consisted of 130 companies in the competitive industries selected on the basis of the Herfindahl index. Questionnaires were used for data collection and data were analyzed by SPSS26 and smartPLS software. According to the findings, the entrepreneurial ecosystem with six dimensions is effective on the competitiveness of industries
