تاثیربسته آموزش کارآفرینی برمولفه های خلاقیت و اعتماد به نفس کودکان پیش دبستانی

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی تأثیر بسته آموزش کارآفرینی بر مؤلفه‌های خلاقیت و اعتمادبه‌نفس کودکان پیش‌دبستانی شهر تهران انجام شد. روش انجام پژوهش کاربردی حاضر نیمه آزمایشی (با طرح پیش‌آزمون-پس‌آزمون با گروه کنترل) بود. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه کودکان 4-6 ساله تهرانی بود که در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 در یکی از مراکز پیش‌دبستانی تهران مشغول به تحصیل بودند. از جامعه مورد نظر به‌صورت هدفمند و در دسترس مرکز پیش‌دبستانی در منطقه 11 تهران انتخاب شدند. در مرحله بعد با انجام هماهنگی‌های لازم آزمون تصویری خلاقیت تورنس و اعتمادبه‌نفس کودکان (فرم مربی) بر روی تمامی کودکان علاقه‌مند اجرا شد و پس از تحلیل نمرات از هر مرکز 15 کودک که دارای نمره خلاقیت و اعتمادبه‌نفس کمتری بودند انتخاب‌شده و به‌صورت تصادفی کودکان مرکز 1 در گروه آزمایش و کودکان مرکز 2 در گروه کنترل قرار گرفتند.گروه آزمایش در کنار آموزش‌های معمول روزانه،11جلسه آموزش کارآفرینی دریافت کرده و گروه کنترل آموزشی جز آموزش‌های روزمره دریافت نکرد. داده‌های گرداوری شده در دو مرحله پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل کوواریانس چندمتغیره تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد. یافته‌های آزمون مانکووا نشان داد که آموزش کارآفرینی موجب بهبود انعطاف، ابتکار، بسط، و اعتمادبه‌نفس گروه آزمایش شده است و در مورد مؤلفه‌ی سیالی تغییر معناداری مشاهده نشد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر بر اثربخشی و لزوم توجه به آموزش‌های کارآفرینی در سنین پیش از دبستان تأکید داشت.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training package on creativity and self confidence in preschools. The population of the study was preschools whom the required sample of research was selected as available. Among the participants are those who score in the Keys Torence Creativity Questionnaire and Self confidence Questionnaire lower. 30 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control. Eleven sessions entrepreneurship training(session: 60 Minute) were performed for these individuals. Scores of participants in the pre-test and post-test stages were analyzed using one-way analysis of co- variance to determine the effectiveness of the intervention. The findings showed that entrepreneurship training significantly improve flexibility, creativity and self confidence in preschools but there there was no meaningful improve in infloid .The entrepreneurship training package can be considere as an effective intervention on improving creativity and self confidence in preschools..
