تأثیر رهبری کارآفرینی بر رفتار نوآورانه با نقش میانجی محرک‌های نوآورانه در آموزش عالی (دانشگاه سیستان‌وبلوچستان)

چکیده

توسعه مهارت­های رهبری در جهت ایجاد استراتژی نوآورانه، برای رقابت در محیط­های پیچیده و موفقیت در  کسب‌وکار ضروری است. هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی  تأثیر رهبری کارآفرینی بر رفتار نوآورانه با نقش میانجی محرک­های نوآورانه در آموزش عالی است. روش تحقیق برحسب هدف، کاربردی و از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی  بوده است که در جامعه تحقیق اعضای  هیأت علمی دانشگاه  سیستان‌وبلوچستان، با نمونه 193نفری براساس تصادفی طبقه­ای، اجرا شده است. ابزار تحقیق شامل سه  پرسش‌نامه محقق‌ساخته رهبری کارآفرینی، محرک نوآوری و رفتار کاری نوآورانه بوده است. روایی  تأییدی و پایایی هر سه ابزار مناسب گزارش شد. روش  تجزیه‌وتحلیل  با استفاده از نرم­افزار PLS2، مدل معادلات ساختاری بوده است. نتایج نشان داد، رهبری کارآفرینی بر محرک­ها و رفتار نوآورانه  به‌صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم  تأثیر دارد. همچنین محرک­ها اثر مستقیم بر رفتار نوآورانه داشته است. دانشگاه­ها از طریق محرک­های فرهنگی باز و آزاد و مدیریت هوشمند نوآوری در کنار رهبری کارآفرینی،  می­توانند نقش سازنده در رفتار نوآورانه محیط علمی و  ذی‌نفعان آموزش عالی ایفا کنند.

چکیده [English]

Developing leadership skills is essential to create innovative strategies for competing in complex environments and business success. The purpose of this study was to Investigate the Effect of Entrepreneurial Leadership on Innovative Behavior with the Role of Mediating Innovative Drivers in Higher Education (University of Sistan and Baluchestan). The method used in this study was correlational. Statistical population used in this survey faculty of universities of sistan and baluchestan based on a stratified random sample of 193 peopel were selected. The research tool was three questionnaires, entrepreneurship leadership, innovation drivers and innovative work behavior. Reliability and validity of all three tools were reported suitable. Analysis method was structural equation with Using PLS2 software. The results indicated that entrepreneurial leadership has a directly and indirectly effect on drivers and innovative behavior. Also, drivers had a direct impact on innovative behaviors. Universities can play a constructive role in the innovative behavior of the scientific environment and the stakeholders in higher education through open and free cultural drivers and smart innovation management along with entrepreneurial leadership.
