تأثیرخودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه بر تشخیص فرصت‌ها:با ملاحظۀ نقش اشتیاق کارآفرینانۀ شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مستقر در پارک‌های علم‌وفناوری شهر تهران

چکیده

در سال‌های اخیر موضوع فرصت‌های کارآفرینی، به عنوان مفهومی که می‌‌تواند قلمرو کارآفرینی را از دیگر حوزههای مدیریت متمایز کند و به عنوان حوزه ای مستقل به آن مشروعیت ببخشد، مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش باهدف بررسی تأثیر خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه بر تشخیص فرصت‌های کارآفرینانه بین شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان مستقر در پارک‌های علم‌وفناوری شهر تهران با ملاحظه نقش اشتیاق کارآفرینانه انجام شد. پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر نحوه‌ی گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی است که بر مبنای مدل معادلات ساختاری انجام‌شده است. جامعه‌ی آماری پژوهش 600 شرکت‌ دانش‌بنیان مستقر در پارک‌های علم‌وفناوری بودند که تعداد 234 نفر بر اساس جدول مورگان و با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزارAmoss22 تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه بر اشتیاق کارآفرینانه باشدت (411/0)، خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه بر تشخیص فرصت با شدت (491/0) و اشتیاق کارآفرینانه بر تشخیص فرصت با شدت (230/0) تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. هم‌چنین اثر میانجی اشتیاق کارآفرینانه در رابطه بین خودکارآمدی کارآفرینانه و تشخیص فرصت‌ها به تأیید رسید.

چکیده [English]

In recent years, opportunities as a concept that can differentiate the field of entrepreneurship from other fields of management and give it legitimacy have been the focus of attention. This research aims at studying the effect of entrepreneurial self-efficacy on recognizing opportunities among knowledge based enterprises located in Tehran's Science and Technology Parks considering the role of entrepreneurial passion. This research is an applied one by its purpose and a correlative-descriptive by its data gathering method. It is done by using structural equations model. Research population consists of 600 knowledge based enterprises located Science and Technology Parks. Among which 234 people have been selected on Morgan's table and Available Sampling was used. Questionnaires were distributed for data gathering and results are analyzed by Amoss22. Results show that entrepreneurial self-efficacy has positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial passion by degree of 0.411. Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has positive and significant effect on Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition by degree of 0.491 and entrepreneurial passion has positive and significant effect Entrepreneurial opportunity recognition on by degree of 0.230. Also, the results from studying the intermediate role of entrepreneurial passion in Bootstrap method showed that, this variable has moderating role in the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial passion. Also the mediating effect on the relationship between self-efficacy entrepreneurial passion and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition was confirmed.
