تأثیر کارآفرینی راهبردی بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار: نقش قابلیت‌های پویای سازمان و آشفتگی محیط کسب‌وکار در شرکت‌های دانش بنیان استان اصفهان

چکیده

این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر کارآفرینی راهبردی بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار با توجه به قابلیت­های پویای سازمان و آشفتگی محیط کسب‌وکار در شرکت­های دانش‌بنیان استان اصفهان می­پردازد. این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و براساس ماهیت و روش توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شرکت­های دانش بنیان استان اصفهان 230 شرکت بوده­اند. نمونۀ مورد بررسی با استفاده از جدول مورگان 143 شرکت دانش‌بنیان می‌باشد که به روش تصادفی دردسترس انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوری داده­ها پرسش‌نامۀ محقق ساخته بوده که پایایی و روایی آن بررسی و تأیید شده و به هر شرکت یک پرسشنامه داده شده و توسط مدیر عامل آن تکمیل گردیده است. برای بررسی فرضیه­های پژوهش از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار اسمارت پی‌ال‌اس‌3 (Smart PLS 3) استفاده شد. نتایج به‌دست آمده از بررسی فرضیه­ها نشان می­دهد که آشفتگی محیطی و قابلیت­های پویای کسب‌وکار بر کارآفرینی راهبردی و هر سه متغیر بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار تأثیر­گذار است. همچنین، نقش میانجی­گری کارآفرینی راهبردی در تأثیرگذاری آشفتگی محیطی و قابلیت پویا بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار مورد تأیید قرار گرفت.

چکیده [English]

This research investigates the effect of strategic entrepreneurship on organizational performance considering the dynamic capabilities of the organization and the turbulent business environment in the knowledge-based companies of Isfahan province. The present research is applicable in terms of purpose and is correlative-survey from the nature view. The statistical population of the research is knowledge based companies in Isfahan province. Sample size, considering the availability and reliable information, 230 of them were considered as a statistical population and 143 reliable questionnaires were extracted and used for the research data. Random accessible sampling method was used for sampling.
In the studies of data collection on hypotheses and research model has been used by distributing questionnaires and field method. The data gathering tool is a researcher-made questionnaire. The validity and reliability of the questionnaire has been confirmed. Structural equations are used to investigate relationships. The software used is SPSS and Smart PLS. According to examining the hypothesis, the impact of environmental turbulent and dynamic business capabilities on strategic entrepreneurship and the effect of these variables on business performance were confirmed. The mediation roles of strategic entrepreneurship in the effect of environmental turbulent and dynamic business capabilities on business performance were confirmed.
