اثر ترس ادراکی کارآفرینان بر عملکرد فردی و عملکرد کسب‌وکار در واحدهای کوچک تولیدی شهرستان گناباد

چکیده

با توجه به نقش کارآفرینی به‌عنوان موتور محرک توسعة اقتصادی، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر عملکرد کسب‌وکار حائز اهمیت است. ازآنجا که کارآفرینی فرایندی شناختی است و ترس، از عوامل اثرگذار بر آن است، در پژوهش حاضر تأثیر انواع ترس ادراک‌شدة کارآفرینان بر عملکرد فردی کارآفرینان و عملکرد کسب‌وکار آنان بررسی شده است. این پژوهش براساس هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر نحوة گردآوری داده‌ها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعة آماری این پژوهش، کارآفرینان کسب‌وکارهای کوچک شهرستان گناباد هستند. با مراجعه به ادارة صنایع و معادن 147 کارآفرین شناسایی شدند که براساس جدول مورگان 105 نمونه انتخاب شد. نمونه‌ها براساس نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. داده‌های مورد نیاز از طریق پرسشنامه با طیف لیکرت جمع‌آوری شد و داده‌ها در قالب مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل آزمون و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد بین ترس از استرس کاری و اجتماعی و ترس از نداشتن منابع با عملکرد فردی و عملکرد کسب‌وکار تأثیر منفی و معنی‌داری وجود دارد. همچنین، بین ترس از مرگ و خطر با عملکرد فردی و عملکرد کسب‌وکار تأثیر مثبت و معنی‌داری وجود دارد، اما بین سایر انواع ترس با عملکرد تأثیر معنی‌داری مشاهده نشده است.

چکیده [English]

According to the importance of entrepreneurship, as an engine of economic growth, recognizing the factors that influence business performance is of paramount important. Since entrepreneurship is a cognitive process and fear affects it, the present study explores the effect of entrepreneur s’ perceived fear on their personal and business performance. The research is applied in intend and employs descriptive-correlative method. The statistical population of the article includes the entrepreneurs of small manufacturing firms in Gonabad County. By referring to Industries and Mines Organization 147 entrepreneurs were identified among whom 105 individuals were randomly selected based on Morgan’s Table. Data was gathered through Likert scale questionnaires and was tested by structural equation modeling (SEM) using LISREL software. The results indicated that there were negative direct relationships between fear of work/social stress, fear of not having enough personal and business performance. There was positively a direct relationship between fear of death/danger and personal and business performance. There was not a significant relationship between the other types of fear and performance.
