ازدواج و تشکیل خانواده؛ استعاره‌ای برای فهم کارآفرینی و راه‌اندازی کسب و کار

چکیده

هدف: هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر فهم مقوله کارآفرینی و بررسی بعضی از جنبه­های آن با استفاده از استعاره کارآفرینی و راه‌اندازی کسب‌‍و‌کار به مثابه ازدواج و تشکیل خانواده می­باشد.
روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر نوع داده­ها یک تحقیق کیفی است که با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای استقرایی مضامین مرتبط در مفهوم مبدأ (خانواده) با مفهوم مقصد (کارآفرینی) شناسایی و در قالب یک روایت، ارائه شدند. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان طی سال 1400 بود. روایت ارائه شده از طریق تکنیک دلفی، اعتبارسنجی شد. به‌منظور تقویت استحکام کاربردی روایت، برای تعدادی از افراد مرتبط غیرخبره نیز تشریح و نظرات آنها اخذ شد.
یافته­ها: در مجموع هفت مورد شامل (لزوم توجه به ایجاد آمادگی روحی و فکری برای موضوع قبل از هرگونه اقدام، فرآیند جستجوی فعال اما به‌ظاهر تصادفی، ضرروت بررسی بسندگی لازم از نظر معیارهای عمومی و تناسب دوطرفه، ضرورت تصمیم­گیری منطقی و پرهیز از احساسات با ضرورت حداقل جذابیت لازم، بحران هویت و تردید در زمان تصمیم نهایی و اهمیت مضاعف دانش و مهارت اعمال مدیریت مناسب در مقایسه با صرف انتخاب گزینه مطلوب) به‌عنوان جنبه­های استعاری موضوع شناسایی شد.
نتیجه­گیری: این استعاره می­تواند به‌عنوان یک مقوله ترویجی فرآیند کارآفرینی را برای قابل فهم بودن عموم توصیف و رفتار فرد کارآفرین را در پاسخ به انگیزه­های توفیق­طلبانه قابل فهم و توصیف کند. برای توجه جامعه به فرآیند راه­اندازی کسب‌و‌کار، باید توسط افراد دارای انگیزه­های پیدا و پنهان کارآفرینی فهم شود و استفاده از این استعاره­، راه را برای فهم بهتر آن باز می­کند.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Purpose: The purpose of the current research is to understand the category of entrepreneurship and examine this issue from its aspects using the metaphor of entrepreneurship and starting a business as marriage and family formation.
Method: This research is a qualitative research in terms of applied purpose and in terms of data type. In this research, by using the inductive analysis method, related themes in the concept of origin (family) and the concept of goal (entrepreneurship) were identified and presented in the form of a narrative. The statistical population of this research was experts familiar with the subject in related environments, and the research data was collected in the time frame of 1400 through interviews with said experts. The presented narrative was validated through the Delphi technique. In order to strengthen the strength of the applied narrative presented, this narrative has been explained to related people other than news and their opinions have been obtained.
Findings: After the metaphorical analysis, a total of seven items including the need to pay attention to mental and mental preparation for the subject before taking action, active but apparently random search, losses and damages, checking the necessary sufficiency in terms of general criteria and bilateral fit, are necessary. . Logical decision-making and avoidance of emotions, at the same time as less attractiveness, identity crisis and investigation at the time of final decision-making, double the knowledge and skill of applying proper management compared to choosing the best options have been identified as metaphorical aspects of the subject. The book and teaching concepts of entrepreneurship can be explained better with the help of the discussed star.
Conclusion: This metaphor can promote an entrepreneurship that can be described by the general public and explain the behavior of entrepreneurs. This star describes the entrepreneur's behavior in response to his success-seeking motives in an understandable and tangible way. As a research on this issue, it is that for the process of starting a business to be more noticed by the society, it should be well understood by people with visible and hidden motivations of entrepreneurship and use this setup. Opens for a better understanding.
