عوامل موثر بر نوآوری باز در کارآفرینی دیجیتال

چکیده

با توجه به رشد کارآفرینی دیجیتال و کارایی نوآوریِ باز، و همچنین عدم مطالعه نظام‌مند بر عوامل مؤثر بر نوآوریِ باز و خلأ تئوریک موجود، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر نوآوریِ باز در بستر کارآفرینی دیجیتال از دیدگان محققان و خبرگان بازار از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف، کاربردی است و رویکرد کیفی دارد و از منظر شیوه جمع‌‌آوری داده‌ها نیز توصیفی- پیمایشی است. این پژوهش در دو فاز صورت گرفته است. فاز اول با استفاده از روش کیفی فراترکیب انجام شده و ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها و اطلاعات در این فاز، اسناد و مدارک گذشته است که شامل 43 مقاله می‌شود. شیوه تحلیل داده‌ها نیز براساس کُدگذاری باز انجام شده است. در فاز دوم با توجه به یافته‌های فاز اول، پروتکل مصاحبه طراحی شده و در ادامه عوامل مؤثر بر نوآوریِ باز در کارآفرینی دیجیتال در ایران شناسایی شد. جامعه آماری فاز دوم، خبرگان حوزه کارآفرینی دیجیتال هستند که با ده نفر از آنان مصاحبه عمیق انجام شد و با روش کُدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. در نهایت با برآیند دو فاز، به چهار عامل تأثیرگذار شامل محیط، خصوصیات فردی، قابلیت‌های کسب‌وکار و فعالیت‌های استراتژیک به همراه شاخص‌های هر کدام دست یافتیم

چکیده [English]

According to digital entrrepreneurship growth and efficiency of open innovation and moreover a lack of systematic literature research in this regard, it is crucial to know what factors influence on open innovation in digital entrepreneurship context, particularly from researchers’ and practitioners’ perspectives. The study is applied research from the purpose perspective and descriptive-survey from data collection perspective. This qualitative research has conducted in two phases; First phase is Meta synthesis method and the data collection tools are previous document including 43 study and analysed through open coding. In the second phase, the interview protocol was made according to first phase findings. Subsequently the factors influencing open innovation in digital entrepreneurship particularly in Iran were identified. The second phase statistical society are digital entrepreneurship practitioners which has been interviewed with 10 person and data analysed through open, axial and selective coding. As an outcome of the two phases, we have achieved four factors, including the environment, individual characteristics, business capabilities and strategic activities and their indicators.
