واکاوی نقش مزیت‌های منطقه‌ای در ایجاد کسب‌وکارهای جدید

چکیده

مطالعه حاضر که از جهت هدف بنیادی است، درجهت توسعه نظریات زمینه‌های کارآفرینانه با تاکید بر نقش مزیت‌های منطقه‌ای انجام گرفته و دارای رویکرد پژوهشِ کیفی از نوع داده‌بنیاد نظام‌مند است. داده‌ها از طریقِ مطالعه منابع مستند و مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 17 نفر از کارآفرینان و مدیران صنعت نساجی ازطریق نمونه‌گیری هدفمند، جمع‌آوری گردید. در مرحلۀ کدگذاری باز، تعداد 114 کد مقدماتی از تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها شناسایی شد که پس از پالایش و ادغامِ کدهای مشابه، 91 کد، نهایی شدند. در دومین مرحله، کدگذاری محوری با استفاده از سازه‌های مدل کدگذاری محوری حول پدیدة مورد بررسی انجام شد. در بخش کدگذاری انتخابی، درخصوص عوامل علّی، 17 مفهومِ شناسایی شده از مصاحبه‌ها، در 4 زیرمقوله و 2 مقوله عوامل اقتصادی و عوامل غیراقتصادی طبقه‌بندی شدند. پدیده محوریِ مطالعه، مزیت‌های منطقه‌ای است که شامل 26 مفهوم بوده و در 2 مقوله عوامل مشهود متشکّل‌از عوامل فضایی، عوامل صنعتی و بازرگانی و عوامل نامشهود متشکّل‌از عوامل تاریخی و اجتماعی طبقه‌بندی شد. همچنین شرایط زمینه‌ای، با 25 مفهوم، 4 زیرمقوله و 2 مقوله شامل بسترسازهای تخصصی و بسترسازهای عمومی تعریف شد.

چکیده [English]

The present study, that is a Fundamental purpose, aimed to develop the theories of entrepreneurial contextualization with an emphasis on the role of regional advantages. It had a qualitative research approach within Systematic Grounded Theory. Through the study of documentary resources and semi-structured interviews with 17 entrepreneurs and managers in textile industry, questionnaires were collected via purposeful sampling. In the open coding stage, 114 preliminary codes were identified from interview analyses, from which 91 codes were finalized after filtering and integration of similar codes. In the second stage, axial coding was carried out using the axial coding model on the investigated phenomenon. Regarding causal factors, 17 concepts which were identified from the interviews were classified into four subcategories and two categories of economic and non-economic factors. The central phenomenon for the study was regional advantages that consisted of 26 concepts and were classified into two categories of visible factors comprising spatial, industrial and commercial factors as well as intangible factors comprising historical and social factors. In addition, contextual conditions were defined in terms of 25 concepts, four subcategories and two categories including specialized and general beddings.
