شناسایی نقش مرشد در راه اندازی کسب و کارهای جدید در شتابدهنده ها.

چکیده

کلیه کارآفرینان قبل و پس راه اندازی کسب و کار با چالش های بسیاری روبه رو می شوند و مرشدها نقش موثری در ارتقای توانمندی های آنان برای مقابله با این مشکلات ایفا می نمایند. از این رو هدف اصلی این پژوهش شناسایی نقش های مرشدها در راه اندازی کسب و کارهای جدید توسط کارآفرینان نوپا در شتابدهنده ها می باشد. این تحقیق از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از لحاظ روش کیفی واقع محور می باشد و با استفاده از مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته به احصای ابعاد گوناگون نقش مرشد(شناختی، عاطفی، مدیریتی) پرداخته شده است. جامعه آماری، مرشدانی هستندکه بیش از 5 سال سابقه ی هدایت کارآفرینان را در شتابدهنده ها داشتند. برای انتخاب مرشد ها از روش نمونه گیری هدفمند و گلوله برفی استفاده شد و انجام مصاحبه ها تا زمان اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. در مصاحبه 14 اشباع نظری حاصل شد، اما جهت جمع آوری داده ها تا نمونه 17 ادامه یافت. پس از تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و تجمیع مقوله ها و مولفه ها، نقش های مرشدها به دو دسته ی غیر مستقیم و مستقیم، تقسیم شد. 38 مقوله ی شناسایی شده در 3 بعد شناختی، عاطفی، مدیریتی تعلق گرفتند ودو بعد یادگیری و بهره گیری از فناوری های نوین و مولفه های آنها به عنوان دو بعد جدید به چارچوب پژوهش اضافه شدند.

چکیده [English]

Entrepreneurs face a variety of challenges before and during launching their businesses, and mentors have an effective role in promoting their capabilities in order to face those challenges. Therefore, this research aimed to identify the role of a mentor in starting-up new businesses by novice entrepreneurs in accelerators. This research is applied in terms of purpose, and follows an event based qualitative approach in which semi-structured interviews were employed in order to identify various aspects of mentors’ (cognitive, affective and managerial) roles. Purposeful and snowball sampling methods were used for the selection of the mentors. Sampling and interviews were continued until reaching theoretical saturation. Although, in the 14th interview, theoretical saturation was achieved, to insure the credibility of the findings the interviews continued to the 17th sample. Analysis of the data and integration of the categories and components of mentor’s roles revealed that they have played two distinctive roles including: indirect and direct. Totally, 38 categories were identified that were classified into three dimensions (cognitive, affective managerial). Furthermore, two dimensions of learning and new technologies emerged from this study and were added to the framework employed in this study
