اهداف، باور ها و فرآیند تصمیم گیری فرشتگان کسب و کار

چکیده

کارآفرینان معمولاً در نخستین گام جدی برای جذب سرمایه، با فرشتگان کسب‌وکار مذاکره می‌کنند. فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری فرشتگان نسبت به سرمایه گذارانِ خطرپذیر، از رسمیت کمتری برخوردار است؛ فرآیندی که در این تحقیق مورد توجه قرار گرفته است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی است و برای درک فرآیند تصمیم‌گیری فرشتگان کسب‌وکار و اهداف و باورهای‌شان از روش کیفی نظریه برخاسته از داده‌ها با رویکرد سیستماتیک، بهره می‌برد. فرشتگان کسب‌وکار فعال در بازی‌های رایانه‌ای جامعه در این تحقیق مورد بررسی قرار گرفته‌اندو نمونه‌گیری نظری از این جامعه تا رسیدن به اشباع تئوریک، در مصاحبه یازدهم انجام شده است. در این تحقیق، تصمیم‌گیری به ‌عنوان یک فرآیند و با تاکید بر ذهنیات فرشتگان کسب‌وکار مورد بررسی قرار  گرفته است. این فرآیند شامل دو بخش کلان: شناخت و ارزیابی فرصت است،  از آشنایی با کارآفرین شروع و به شراکت ختم می‌‌شود. اهداف و باورها در ارزیابی فرصت اثرگذار بوده و کل این فرآیند در بستر محیط خردوکلان کسب‌وکار شکل می‌گیرد. فرشتگان کسب‌وکار با شناخت این فرآیند می‌توانند تفاوت‌های فردی و انتظارات شخصی خود را در تصمیم‌گیری لحاظ کنند و از سردرگمی در انتخاب فرصت‌های سرمایه‌گذاری رها شوند.

چکیده [English]

Business angels are the first major step in financing entrepreneurs. The angels' decision-making process is less formal than venture capitalists, and so far no research has been conducted in the country on this process. Computer games Business angels have been studied in this research using deep interviews. Their goals and beliefs are extracted and their expectations of entrepreneurship financing are modeled in a process with the help of the grounded theory. In this research, we have tried to consider the decision as a process, with an emphasis on the mentality of business angels. This process involves two parts of the recognition and assessment of opportunities. It ends with the partnership. Goals and beliefs are effective in evaluating opportunities, and the whole process is shaped in the context of the micro and macro business environment. By recognizing this process, business angels can take into account individual differences and personal expectations in decision-making, and feel no confusion in choosing investment opportunities.
