One of the most important tools for achieving this goal is to strengthen and enhance the social capital in order to achieve radical innovation and to create a competitive advantage. This study is "The Impact of internal and external social capital at the same time the fundamental innovation" on the innovative and technological organizations. Therefore, after studying the literature, various aspects of social capital and radical innovation were identified and after the survey of experts, questionnaire prepared and distributed and collected from the study population of 113 companies and 90 questionnaires were completely done. To analyze the data both descriptive and inferential statistics were used. To describe the variables, SPSS 16 & Smart Pls.2.M3 software were used. The result indicates the positive impact of internal and external social capital on radical innovation. It was also found that the knowledge acquisition also has a positive effect on innovation. Also, the impact of the external relational social capital on the relationship between knowledge acquisition and radical innovation was negative. Absorptive capacity and cultural barriers do not affect the relationship between knowledge acquisition and radical innovation.
