استراتژی توسعه مزیت‌های رقابتی کارآفرینی بومی روستایی (مطالعه موردی: نواحی روستایی شهرستان اصفهان)

چکیده

هدف: کارآفرینی بومی روستایی یکی از جوان‌ترین زمینه‌های تحقیقاتی است که نشان می‌دهد این نوع کارآفرینی با برخی مفروضات اساسی و اصلی کارآفرینی از نوع کلاسیک(غربی) ناسازگار است. در ایران از جمله در شهرستان اصفهانکه دارای میراث فرهنگی غنی و مردمانی بومی است، تاکنون به موضوع کارآفرینی بومی روستایی و مزیت­های رقابتی آن توجه­ای نشده است..
روش: پژوهش حاضر به عنوان یک تحقیق کاربردی در حوزه کارآفرینی بومی روستایی سعی بر آن دارد، ضمن تحلیل و معرفی این نوع کارآفرینی، به بررسی مزیت­های رقابتی کارآفرینی بومی روستایی بپردازد. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت از نوع تحقیقات توصیفیهمبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 339 کارآفرین در نواحی روستایی شهرستان اصفهان تشکیل می­دهد.
یافته‌ها: تجزیه و تحلیل داده­ها با استفاده از نرم افزار SPSS و مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری(Smart PLS) انجام شده است. در این تحقیق متغیرهای مشاهده شده برای چهار مؤلفه مزیت اقتصادی، مزیت فرهنگی، مزیت اجتماعی و مزیت محیط زیستی به دست آمد. نتایج نشان می­دهد که اعتبار اندازه­گیری شده هر چهار مدل اندازه گیری موثر بر کارآفرینی بومی روستایی قابل قبول می­باشد. با توجه به نتایج، ضرایب t بین متغیرهای اصلی پژوهش، بالای 15/3 بوده یعنی رابطه معنادار و مستقیم است؛ بدین ترتیب ابعاد مزیت اقتصادی، مزیت فرهنگی، مزیت اجتماعی و مزیت محیط زیستی تاثیرگذار بر کارآفرینی بومی روستایی، مثبت و معناداری می­باشد که مقدار R2 نشان می‌دهد 96.7 درصد بعد کارآفرینی بومی با دستیابی به ابعاد چهارگانه تبیین شده و بعد مزیت اقتصادی با ضریب 89/0، تأثیر بیشتری نسبت به سایر ابعاد داشته است.
نتیجه: شناخت این مزیت­ها می­تواند به عنوان محرکی در جهت تشویق بومیان روستایی برای ایجاد کارآفرینی بومی روستایی باشد.

چکیده [English]

Objective: Indigenous rural entrepreneurship is one of the youngest research fields, which shows that this type of entrepreneurship is incompatible with some basic assumptions of classical (western) entrepreneurship. In Iran, including in Isfahan city, which has a rich cultural heritage and indigenous people, so far no attention has been paid to the issue of indigenous rural entrepreneurship and its competitive advantages.
Method: The current research, as an applied research in the field of indigenous rural entrepreneurship, tries to analyze and introduce this type of entrepreneurship and examine the competitive advantages of indigenous rural entrepreneurship. The current research is applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlation research in terms of nature. The statistical population of the research consists of 339 entrepreneurs in the rural areas of Isfahan city. Data analysis was done using SPSS software and structural equation modeling (Smart PLS). In this research, the observed variables for four components of economic advantage, cultural advantage, social advantage and environmental advantage were obtained
Results: The results show that the measured validity of all four effective measurement models on indigenous rural entrepreneurship is acceptable. According to the results, the t coefficients between the main research variables were above 3.15, which means that the relationship is significant and direct; In this way, the dimensions of economic advantage, cultural advantage, social advantage and environmental advantage affecting rural native entrepreneurship are positive and significant, the value of R2 shows that %96.7 of the dimension of native entrepreneurship is explained by achieving the four dimensions, and the dimension of economic advantage is explained by the coefficient 0/89 has had a greater impact than other dimensions.
Conclusion: Recognizing these advantages can be a stimulus to encourage rural natives to create rural native entrepreneurship.
