Abstract

In today's world, due to the advancement of technology and the complexity of the environment, existing businesses have faced many obstacles and opportunities. The aviation industry is one of those industries that owes its development to the advancement of technology and large investment and the increase in the number of flights and flying devices such as flying cars, air taxis, vertical planes and others. Currently, the most important part of the aviation industry is the human resource department. The lack of expert personnel in this field is an important issue and the sustainability of training centers in the aviation industry increases the quality of services, creates value and ultimately safety. From the experts of the aviation training industry in the city of Tehran, they tried to provide a value proposition within the framework of Osterwalder's business model in the aviation training industry, such as diversity in aircraft and training infrastructure, the fundamental method of manpower development, receiving social value, employment inside and outside the country, diversity In the timing of training and the provision of financial and non-financial assistance such as accommodation and access and the practicality of the training, suggestions were made regarding the improvement of the collective planning and legislation of the Civil Aviation Organization and the recognition of the domestic market. and abroad, according to the capacities of the country.
