Abstract

As a combination of innovation and environmental development concepts, green innovation is of great significance to sustainable development. The purpose of present research was to consider the effect of Green Entrepreneurial Orientation(GEO) on Green Radical Innovation(GRI) and Green Incremental Innovation(GII) with the mediating role of Supply Chain Learning(SCL). This Practical research was done by using descriptive-correlation method. The statistical population was Small & Medium Enterprises size(SMEs) in Jay Isfahan industrial town. 210 company determined randomly as the sample size by Morgan table. To collect data, questionnaire was used. To consider their validity the content and construct validity were done and to measure their reliability Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used. The data was analyzed by structural equation modeling in MPLUS software. The research findings showed that GEO has significant effect on SCL, GRI and GII. Also the effect of SCL on GRI and GII is meaningful and positive. In addition the findings showed that GEO has a significant effect on GRI and GII through SCL as a meditator variable. According to the results, Green Entrepreneurial Orientation and Supply Chain Learning has a great influence to create and improve the Green Innovation in SMEs.
