Abstract

The purpose of this research is to achieve an innovative business model by integrating management paradigms such as lean, agility, resilience and green. For this purpose, important components were identified and refined and rated. Then, using their integration into the business model, the proposed values for the business model were finalized. This research was based on applied purpose and data collection was done by Likert-type Likert Scale (SCI) questionnaire by professors and academic experts and business model questionnaires by industry experts and clients. The sample consists of 24 faculty members and academic experts and industry experts and 384 clients of the organization. The results of this study are to identify and finalize the components of LARG, combining them with the values of the Osterwalder model and achieving the proposed values. The ultimate value proposition was pasted in the Osterwalder's Canvas and The new and innovative business model was designed with the LARG approach.
