The effect of Entrepreneurship's training package on creativity & self confidence in preschools

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of entrepreneurship training package on creativity and self confidence in preschools. The population of the study was preschools whom the required sample of research was selected as available. Among the participants are those who score in the Keys Torence Creativity Questionnaire and Self confidence Questionnaire lower. 30 were selected and randomly divided into two groups of experimental and control. Eleven sessions entrepreneurship training(session: 60 Minute) were performed for these individuals. Scores of participants in the pre-test and post-test stages were analyzed using one-way analysis of co- variance to determine the effectiveness of the intervention. The findings showed that entrepreneurship training significantly improve flexibility, creativity and self confidence in preschools but there there was no meaningful improve in infloid .The entrepreneurship training package can be considere as an effective intervention on improving creativity and self confidence in preschools..
