تبیین نقش رابطه ی رفتار شبکه سازی در رفتار کارآفرینانه( مطالعه موردی:شرکت های مستقر در پارک های علم وفناوری)

Abstract

رفتار شبکه‌سازی، یکی از رویکردهای نوین مرتبط با رفتار کارآفرینانه به‌شمار می‌آید اما تاکنون تلاش‌های اندکی برای بررسی رابطه‌ی آن‌ها انجام شده است. از این منظر، هدف اصلی این مقاله بررسی رابطه‌ی بین رفتار شبکه‌سازی و رفتار کارآفرینانه می‌باشد. این پژوهش کاربردی بوده و روش تحقیق آن از نوع هم‌بستگی است. نقش متغیرهای بررسی شده، در بین 137 نفر از مالکان شرکت‌های مستقر در سه پارک علم و فناوری دانشگاه‌های تهران، امیرکبیر و تربیت مدرس، با روش پیمایشی آزمون شده‌اند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از ابزار پرسش‌نامه و برای تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات آماری، از ضریب هم‌بستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام‌به‌گام استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان می‌دهد بین رفتار شبکه‌سازی و رفتار کارآفرینانه، رابطه‌ی معناداری وجود دارد و از بین ابعاد رفتار شبکه‌سازی، به ترتیب ابعاد ایجاد، استفاده و حفظ ارتباطات، بیش‌ترین اثرگذاری را در رفتار کارآفرینانه دارند. "هم‌چنین پیشنهادهایی برای کارآفرینان و مالکان کسب‌وکارها به‌منظور بهبود رفتار کارآفرینانه رفتار شبکه‌سازی ارائه شده است."
