پیشران‌های توانمندسازی زنان کارآفرین در برابر تهدیدهای نهادی با روش فراترکیب

چکیده

هدف: امروزه، اگرچه در زمینه کسب و کار و کارآفرینی زنان پیشرفت‌های قابل توجهی مشاهده می‌شود، اما چالش‌های متعددی نیز در این راستا قابل شناسایی‌اند. زنان کارآفرین معمولاً نسبت به مردان با موانع و تهدیدهای بیشتری روبه‌رو هستند که می‌توانند به طور مستقیم و یا غیر مستقیم بر موفقیت و رشد آن‌ها تأثیرگذار باشند. این موانع شامل نابرابری در دسترسی به منابع، ضعف قوانین حمایتی، محدودیت سرمایه اجتماعی، چالش‌های مدیریتی، تبعیض‌های نهادی (مانند هنجارهای جنسیتی، موانع مالی)، نبود راهنمایی و الگوی موفق، و عدم ثبات اقتصادی است که مسیر کارآفرینی را برای زنان دشوار می‌سازد. به همین دلیل، شناسایی پیشران‌های توانمندسازی زنان کارآفرین در برابر این تهدیدات به یک ضرورت تبدیل شده است. لذا، این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی پیشران‌های توانمندسازی زنان کارآفرین در مواجهه با چالش‌های نهادی و اجتماعی و ارائه چارچوبی مفهومی برای تبیین تعامل این پیشران‌ها با تهدیدهای انجام شده است. که با توجه به اهمیت روزافزون کارآفرینی زنان در توسعه اقتصادی و اجتماعی جوامع، تشخیص عوامل مؤثر در توانمندسازی آن‌ها امری مهم به نظر می‌رسد.

روش: تحقیق حاضر با رویکرد فراترکیب و از طریق روش کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. در این پژوهش، داده‌های ثانویه از طریق مطالعه منابع اطلاعاتی و تفسیر داده‌های اصلی مطالعات منتخب، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. این مطالعه از جهت هدف، کاربردی بوده و از لحاظ نوع داده‌ها، کیفی است. بدین جهت، برای اجرای پژوهش، از روش پیشنهادی ساندولوسکی برای فراترکیب بهره‌گیری شد و مطالعات مرتبط منتشر شده در پایگاه‌های معتبر علمی بین‌المللی بررسی گردید. ارتباط و کیفیت مقالات شناسایی‌شده با استفاده از معیارهای مختلف، از جمله مهارت‌های ارزیابی حیاتی، مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. در نهایت، 41 مقاله بین سال‌های 2020 تا 2024 به عنوان مطالعات واجد شرایط انتخاب و مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: نتایج ارزیابی محتوای مقالات نشان‌دهنده پیشران‌های متعددی نظیر حمایت شبکه‌ای، بسترساز بودن، فرهنگ و تفاوت جنسیتی، حمایت اجتماعی، دسترسی به منابع مالی، هوش عاطفی، و حامیان است. در بین این مؤلفه‌ها، «فرهنگ و تفاوت‌های جنسیتی» بالاترین ضریب اهمیت را به خود اختصاص داده و به‌عنوان عاملی تأثیرگذار در روند کارآفرینی زنان شناخته شده است. همچنین، یافته‌ها حاکی از این است که برقراری ارتباطات مؤثر و ایجاد شبکه‌های اجتماعی قوی می‌تواند به توانمندسازی زنان کارآفرین کمک کند. یافته‌ها همچنین نشان‌دهنده تعامل پویا بین تهدیدهای نهادی (مانند نابرابری در دسترسی به منابع و ضعف قوانین حمایتی) و پیشران‌های توانمندسازی است که در چارچوب مفهومی پیشنهادی تبیین شده است.

نتیجه: ادبیات کنونی در حوزه توانمندسازی زنان کارآفرین تا حدودی به یافته‌های متناقضی منجر شده است که ضرورت توجه بیشتر بر این حوزه را برای تحقیقات آینده مشخص می‌سازد. این پژوهش با ارائه یک مدل مفهومی، تعامل بین تهدیدهای نهادی و پیشران‌های توانمندسازی را به‌صورت یکپارچه تبیین می‌کند. بیشتر مطالعات موجود به بررسی سوابق توانمندسازی زنان کارآفرین پرداخته و نشان می‌دهد که مقوله‌های فرهنگ و تفاوت‌های جنسیتی بیشترین اهمیت را دارند. در حالی که حمایت اجتماعی، حمایت شبکه‌ای، دسترسی به منابع مالی، هوش عاطفی، و حامیان نیز از عوامل مهم به شمار می‌روند، حمایت مالی به عنوان کمترین ضریب اهمیت شناخته می‌شود.این یافته‌ها می‌تواند به سیاست‌گذاران در طراحی برنامه‌های حمایتی و توسعه‌ای برای زنان کارآفرین کمک شایانی کند و به بهبود شرایط و امکانات آنها در فضای کارآفرینی منجر شود.

Objective: Women's entrepreneurship has made significant progress in recent years due to its potential to stimulate economic growth and foster social change. However, numerous institutional and social challenges continue to hinder their success and growth. These barriers include inequality in access to resources, weaknesses in supportive legislation, limitations in social capital, managerial challenges, institutional discrimination (such as gender norms and financial barriers), lack of guidance and successful role models, and economic instability, which make the entrepreneurial path more challenging for women. Therefore, identifying the empowerment drivers for women entrepreneurs in effectively facing these challenges has become an urgent necessity within the field of entrepreneurship research. This study aims to identify and analyze the key drivers of empowerment for women entrepreneurs in the face of institutional and social challenges. Given the increasing importance of women's entrepreneurship in the economic and social development of societies, recognizing drivers that significantly contribute to their empowerment is crucial for sustainable growth.

Method: This research employs a meta-synthesis approach, relying on library-based methods to gather secondary data. A comprehensive review of informational resources was performed, alongside the interpretation of primary data drawn from selected studies. Based on its objectives, this study is classified as applied research and qualitative in terms of data type. To execute this study, Sandelowski's proposed method for conducting meta-synthesis was utilized, allowing for a systematic evaluation of relevant studies published in reputable international scientific databases. The relationship and quality of the identified articles were assessed using various criteria, including critical appraisal skills. Ultimately, 41 articles published between 2020 and 2024 were selected as eligible studies and analyzed in detail to derive meaningful insights.

Results: The results of the content evaluation of the articles indicate several drivers, such as network support, institutional facilitation, culture and gender differences, social support, access to financial resources, emotional intelligence, and supporters. Among these factors, "culture and gender differences" have been identified with the highest significance coefficient, establishing them as key influencers in shaping women's entrepreneurial processes. Furthermore, the findings suggest that effective communication and establishing strong social networks can significantly contribute to empowering women entrepreneurs and supporting their empowerment. Additionally, the results highlight a dynamic interaction between institutional threats (such as inequalities in resource access and weak supportive legislation) and empowerment drivers, which is comprehensively framed within the proposed conceptual framework.

Conclusion: The existing literature on empowering women entrepreneurs has led to somewhat contradictory findings, highlighting the need for greater attention in this area for future research. This study presents a conceptual model that comprehensively elucidates the integrated interaction between institutional threats and empowerment drivers. Most existing studies have focused on examining the backgrounds of empowerment for women entrepreneurs, showing that the categories of culture and gender differences hold the highest importance. Whereas social support, network support, access to financial resources, emotional intelligence, and supporters are also considered important factors, financial support is recognized as having the lowest coefficient of importance. These findings can significantly assist policymakers in designing supportive and developmental programs for women entrepreneurs, leading to improved conditions and facilities for them in the entrepreneurial space.
