طراحی الگوی مفهومی بازدارنده‌های توسعه کوچینگ کسب و کار در بازار ایران

چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف طراحی مدل مفهومی بازدارنده های توسعه کوچینگ کسب و کار در بازار ایران بر اساس رویکرد استراوس وکوبین (1989) انجام شد. به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از ابزار مصاحبه عمیق نیمه ساختاریافته استفاده شد که اشباع نظری یافته‌ها، در بیست‌مین مصاحبه حاصل گردید. تحلیل داده‌ها نیز از روش گراندد تئوری و با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری در این پژوهش، شامل تمامی متخصصان و دارندگان مدرک بین‌المللی کوچینگ کسب و کار در سراسر کشور بودند که مشارکت کنندگان به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند (از نوع گلوله برفی) انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور رعایت ویژگی‌های کیفی پژوهش از سه معیار قابل قبول بودن، تأییدپذیری و قابلیت اطمینان نیز استفاده شد و نتایج حاصل از این مطالعه به متخصصان شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش ارائه و توسط آنان مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. یافته‌های پژوهش حاکی از آنست که پنج دسته چالش جدی در توسعه صنعت نوظهور کوچینگ کسب و کار در کشور وجود دارد که شامل: چالش‌های مرتبط با مفهوم‌سازی، چالش‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی، چالش‌های قانونی، چالش‌های مدیریتی و چالش‌های آموزشی می‌باشند که اگر به چشم فرصت به هر یک از این چالش‌ها نگاه شود یقینا ًبا برنامه و راهکارهای مناسب می‌توان بستر مناسبی برای توسعه کوچینگ کسب و کار فراهم ساخت. در پایان نیز، راهبردهایی تدوین و مدل نهایی بر اساس یافته‌های پژوهش ارائه شده است.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to design a conceptual model of barriers to business coaching development in the Iranian market based on the approach of Strauss and Cobain (1989). In order to collect information, semi-structured in-depth interview tools were used and the theoretical saturation of the findings was obtained in the twentieth interview. Data analysis was performed by grounded theory method using open, centralized and selective coding. The statistical population in this study included all experts and holders of international business coaching certificates across the country that participants were selected by purposive sampling (snowball type). In order to observe the qualitative characteristics of the research, three criteria of acceptability, verifiability and reliability were used and the results of this study were presented to the experts participating in the research and approved by them. The research findings indicate that there are five serious challenges in the development of the emerging business coaching industry in the country, which include: challenges related to conceptualization, cultural and social challenges, legal challenges, challenges Are management and training challenges that if we look at each of these challenges as an opportunity, certainly with the right programs and solutions can provide a good platform for the development of business coaching. Finally, strategies and final model based on research findings are presented.
