دستاوردهای مربی‌گری کارآفرینانه درکسب‌و‌کارهای کوچک و متوسط

چکیده

از اهداف اصلی و مهم استفاده از مربی‌گری کارآفرینانه در کسب ‌و‌کارهای کوچک و متوسط، رشد و توسعه کارکنان و درنتیجه توسعه شرکت است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی دستاوردهای بکارگیری مربی‌گری کارآفرینانه در راستای رشد و توسعه کسب‌و‌کارهای کوچک و متوسط صنعت دارویی کشور انجام شده است. این پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی و با رویکردی کیفی از نوع مورد پژوهی بوده است که ابزار جمع آوری داده‌ها، مصاحبه های نیمه ساختاریافته بود. برای انجام پژوهش حاضر با 16 نفر از افراد کلیدی و تجربی مربی‌گری انجام شد و تحلیل یافته ها به صورت کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی انجام شد. یافته ها حاکی از آن است که دستاوردهای بکارگیری مربی‌گری کارآفرینانه در کسب ‌و‌کارهای کوچک و متوسط به طور اخص شامل مزایای فردی مانند شناسایی توانمندی های بالقوه افراد کارآفرین، سوق دادن افراد به سمت تفکر خلاقانه، تبدیل تجربه گذشته به دانش جدید، توانایی در هدایت فعالیت های گروهی و تیمی، ارائه راه حل های خلاقانه، افزایش تحمل ابهام، بالا بردن سطح ظرفیت انتقادپذیری، تغییر در رتبه و جایگاه شغلی، افزایش مخاطره پذیری، پرهیز از ناامیدی و دلسردی و مزایای سازمانی از جمله راه اندازی شرکت های تابعه جدید، توسعه و بهبود محصولات، نشر دانش در سطح شرکت، افزایش نمایندگی های مرتبط، کاهش شکایات مشتریان و ایجاد واحدهای ایده‌پردازی است.

چکیده [English]

One of the main goals of using entrepreneurial coaching in small and medium-sized businesses is staff growth and development of the company. The purpose of this study was to identify the outcomes of applying entrepreneurial coaching in the growth and development of small and medium-sized pharmaceutical businesses. The study was a semi-structured interview with a qualitative approach and data collection tool. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 16 key coaching practitioners and coded by content analysis method. Findings indicate that the benefits of employing entrepreneurial coaching for small and medium-sized businesses include individual benefits such as self-awareness, knowledge and skills, ability, self-esteem, personal development and commitment and responsibility and organizational benefits such as creating new companies, improving and developing. Products and services are the successor to the formation of a climate of knowledge-sharing.
