بررسی نقش ابعاد کارآفرینی دانش‌بنیان در عملکرد تحقیق و توسعة کارآفرینانة نظام تحقیقات کشاورزی ایران

چکیده

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش ابعاد کارآفرینی دانش‌بنیان به‌منظور دستیابی به عملکرد نوآورانة مؤسسه‌های تحقیقات کشاورزی انجام گرفت که به روش تحلیل علی ارتباطی و از نوع تحلیل ماتریس کوواریانس و به روش توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعة‌ آماری دربرگیرندة 2768 نفر از اعضای هیئت علمی و پژوهشگران مراکز و ایستگاه‌های پژوهشی وابسته به وزارت جهاد کشاورزی بود. برای نمونه‌گیری از شش منطقة جغرافیایی کشور- براساس تقسیم‌بندی وزارت جهاد کشاورزی- یک استان به‌تصادف انتخاب شد و از میان آن‌ها به روش تصادفی و با رعایت انتساب متناسب 320 نفر (بر حسب محاسبة فرمول کوکران) انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش پرسشنامه‌ای محقق‌ساخته در قالب طیف لیکرت بود. برای سنجش روایی آن از روش روایی تشخیصی با استفاده از شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراج‌شده و برای تعیین پایایی از روش پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد. از بستة نرم‌افزاری Lisrel نسخة 8/8 بهره گرفته شد. یافته‌های پژوهش بیانگر آن است که کاربست دانش و جهت­گیری کارآفرینانه در شکل‌گیری کارآفرینی دانش‌بنیان، اشتراک دانش بین‌سازمانی، نوآوری مدیریتی، فرایندی و فناوری نقش معنی‌داری دارند. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد عملکرد تحقیق و توسعة کارآفرینانه به سه بعد اشتراک دانش بین‌سازمانی، کاربست دانش و جهت­گیری کارآفرینانه و کارآفرینی دانش‌بنیان وابسته است.

The aim of this paper was to study knowledge intensive entrepreneurship role in innovative performance in agricultural technology management by entrepreneurial R&D definition implementing as a casual-effect research by using casual model. Statistical population of the study was consisted of 2768 agricultural research specialists in Iran, one out of each six regional groups of provinces (n= 25) was randomly selected and 320 researchers were randomly selected from theses six provinces based on Cochran’s sampling methodology. Research instrument consisted Likert scale for latent variables measurement. The results of research indicate that among knowledge intensive entrepreneurship antecedents in agricultural technology management process knowledge sharing among organizations, innovation, knowledge utilization and entrepreneurship orientation have a significant role. Along with entrepreneurial R&D dimensions as an innovative results criteria, are depended on knowledge sharing among organizations, knowledge utilization and entrepreneurship orientation and there is no significant role for management, process and technology innovation in this case.
