		<Abstract>The success of Iranian NTBFs as the drivers of the knowledge-based economy is very important. This research, which has fundamental purpose and qualitative data collection method, is aimed at identifying the dimensions of effective organizational leadership on success in reaching the fast-growing stage in Iranian NTBFs. To accomplish this goal, with a multiple-choice strategy and maximum-sampling sampling, out of more than 3,000, about 30 companies were identified as verifiable examples. Theoretical saturation in the review of items nine to eleven occured. Investigations were mainly based on semi-structured interviews with 25 of the key leaders and key Persons of these companies. Finally, the dimensions of effective leadership were determined by analyzing interviews and extracting the codes, categories, and identifying their relationships with the help of the ATLAS.ti software. The ideological look at work, having a global look, special attention to legal issues, entry into new field, and … were the most important factors has been determined.</Abstract>
