		<Abstract>The aim of this research is to prioritize the key factors for implementation of idea virtual bank (IVB) in telecommunication industry. The current applied and descriptive research was conducted based on a survey. The population of this research consisted of all users of IVB and idea submitters to suggestion system of telecommunication industry in province of Razavi-Khorasan that 70 of them were selected as the research samples. Using Analytical Hierarchical Process (AHP), seven key factors for implementation of IVB were compared and weighted based on their importance to implement IVB in telecommunication industry. Then, items of each key factor ranked using TOPSIS technique. Result showed that components such; “encouraging and supportive of idea”, “assessing method” and “interaction and content milieu of IVB” were high ranking to implement IVB in telecommunication industry.</Abstract>
