Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of managers' transformational leadership on organizational voice and strategic entrepreneurship of faculty members of Persian Gulf University. The present study is a descriptive-survey research in terms of method and strategy. The sampling method was cluster sampling and available sampling. The statistical population of the study includes 230 active faculty members of Persian Gulf University. The sampling method was clustered and the sample was available to 170 people. This research is based on structural equation modeling and SPSS22 and SMART PLS3 statistical software have been used to analyze the data obtained from the questionnaires. The validity of the research instrument was assessed using the validity of content and structure. Also, in order to measure the reliability of the research instrument, Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used, which was calculated higher than 0.7. The results of the analysis of research hypotheses show the positive and significant impact of transformational leadership on strategic entrepreneurship and also the positive and significant impact of transformational leadership with the role of organizational voice mediation on strategic entrepreneurship.
