شاپرک بهمثابة کارآفرینی فناورانه در سازمانهای بزرگ عمومی
بهکارگیری فناوری در برخی سازمانها، به بازده مورد انتظار و بهبود عملکرد منجر نمیشود و نشانة وجود نوعی مسئله در مواجهة سازمانها با فناوری است؛ بنابراین، در این زمینه باید مطالعات عمیق و هدفمند محسوس صورت گیرد تا مواردی که حداقل با شکست مواجه نشدهاند، واکاوی شوند. از نمونههای موفق در زمینة فرایند کارآفرینانه و فناورانة سازمانی، ایجاد شرکتی جدید با عنوان شاپرک در بدنة سازمان بزرگ و عمومی بانک مرکزی است که پژوهش حاضر متکی بر آن است. این فرایند بهدلیل داشتن ابعاد گسترده، مهم و حاوی ابعاد پژوهشی فراوان است. در این پژوهش با استفاده از روش نظریة دادهبنیاد، تبیینی برای فرایند مذکور ارائه شده است. از مصاحبهها درمجموع 138 گزارة مقولهای در مرحلة کدگذاری باز و 38 مقوله در مرحلة کدگذاری محوری جوانه زد. در مرحلة کدگذاری انتخابی، نه دسته مقوله حاصل آمد. این مقولهها شامل عقبة تاریخی شاپرک، پیشاقدامات فرایند رخداد آن، ساختارسازی جدید، مدل کسبوکار، متقاعدسازی عمومی، نظارت و تنظیم مقررات بهعنوان مقولة اصلی و پیامدهاست. درنهایت، نظریة دادهبنیاد شکوفاشده، روایت و توصیههای سیاستی متناظر با آن برای استفادة سازمانهای بزرگ و عمومی در مواجهه با فناوری ارائه شده است.

نگاهی معرفتشناختی به جایگاه و منشأ ناولتی در توسعة اقتصادی
ناولتی یکی از عوامل ایجادکنندة تغییرات بنیادی و بهتبع آن، تسریعکنندة فرایند توسعه در جوامع مختلف است و در حال حاضر یکی از مسائل مورد توجه پژوهشگران در حوزة توسعه و کارآفرینی است. پژوهش دربارة ناولتی، مانند هر موضوع دیگری، با تأکید بر مسئلهشناسی و معرفتشناسی پژوهش آغاز میشود. با توجه با مباحث مطرحشده در مطالعة «پیشدرآمدی بر فرایند خلق بیبدیل (ناولتی) در توسعة اقتصادی و کارآفرینی»، مسئلة ناول بهدلیل داشتن ماهیتی متفاوت، به چارچوب پژوهشی مناسب و سازگار با ویژگیهای خود نیاز دارد که در ادبیات و مطالعات موجود در زمینة ناولتی از آن غفلت شده است. با توجه به ضرورت توجه به این موضوع، پژوهش حاضر بهدنبال تبیین جایگاه و منشأ خلق ناول از نگاه معرفتشناسی است. برایناساس، ابتدا طبقهبندی اولیهای از علوم ارائه میشود تا جایگاه ناولتی با توجه به منبع فرمان آن شناسایی شود. درادامه، ضمن بررسی ادبیات موجود در زمینة ذهن و عملکرد آن، شش ردة کارکرد ذهنی تبیین و ارائه میشود که مبنایی برای ارائة توصیههای سیاستی بهمنظور تسریع فرایند توسعه از این رهگذر است.

موانع راهاندازی و گسترش کسبوکارهای خانگی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان ارومیه
تحقیق حاضر با هدف بررسی موانع راهاندازی و گسترش کسبوکارهای خانگی در مناطق روستایی شهرستان ارومیه انجام گرفت. این تحقیق برحسب هدف کاربردی و بهلحاظ نحوة گردآوری دادهها توصیفی است. جامعة آماری این تحقیق 227 نفر از روستاییان دارای کسبوکار خانگی ثبت و تأییدشده در مناطق روستایی شهرستان ارومیه بودند. با توجه به جدول کرجسی- مورگان، 181 نفر از آنها با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده برای انجام تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامة محققساخته بود. روایی پرسشنامه با نظر کارشناسان و متخصصان تأیید شد. بهمنظور تعیین پایایی ابزار تحقیق، پیشآزمون انجام گرفت که مقدار آلفای کرونباخ محاسبهشده برای مقیاس اصلی پرسشنامه 82/0 محاسبه شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSSWin20 و AMOS20 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد پنج عامل ضعف حمایتی، محدودیت کسبوکارهای خانگی، ضعف زیرساختی و فرهنگی، ضعف دانشی و اطلاعرسانی و نبود قوانین مرتبط با تبیین 483/66 درصد از واریانس کل، بهترتیب اولویتهای اول تا پنجم را در شکلگیری و تعیین سازه برای «موانع راهاندازی و گسترش کسبوکارهای خانگی در مناطق روستایی» داشتند.

پژوهشها اهمیت اشتیاق کارآفرینانه را در شروع و استمرار رفتار کارآفرینانة افراد تأیید کردهاند، اما پژوهشهای اندکی به بررسی علل شکلگیری اشتیاق کارآفرینانه و جستوجوی آن در ویژگیهای درونی کارآفرینان پرداختهاند. در پژوهش حاضر، تأثیر هوش معنوی (متغیر مستقل) بر اشتیاق کارآفرینانه (شامل سه بعد اشتیاق ابداعی، تأسیسی و توسعهای) با نقش میانجی مرکزیت هویت ایدهآل کارآفرینانه مطالعه شده است. این مطالعه با روش پیمایشی و با نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده از بین 120 نفر از کارآفرینان مستقر در پارکهای علم و فناوری شهر تهران انجام گرفت. حجم نمونه براساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان تعیین شد و سرانجام 95 پرسشنامة صحیح جمعآوری شد. بهمنظور تجزیه و تحلیل و بررسی فرضیهها از روش مدلسازی معادلههای ساختاری با روش حداقل مربعات و نرمافزار آماری SmartPLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان میدهد هوش معنوی کارآفرینان بر اشتیاق کارآفرینانه و مرکزیت هویت ایدهآل تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد و نقش میانجی مرکزیت هویت ایدهآل در اشتیاق ابداعی و تأسیسی تأیید شد.

شناسایی شایستگیهای کارآفرینانه با تأکید بر معلولان جسمی- حرکتی
بسیاری از معلولان برای ایجاد تعادل بین کار و زندگی به کارآفرینی روی میآورند، اما در این راه با مشکلات بسیاری روبهرو میشوند. نبود آموزشهای کارآفرینی مناسب برای معلولان و نداشتن شایستگیهای لازم در این زمینه، از جمله چالشهای مطرحشده در ادبیات کارآفرینی معلولان است. از اینرو هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی شایستگیهای کارآفرینانه با تأکید بر معلولان جسمی- حرکتی است. در راستای دستیابی به این هدف، با استفاده از روش کیفی و از طریق مصاحبة نیمهساختاریافته با دوازده نفر از کارآفرینان معلول و مدیران و برنامهریزان مرکزهای آموزش و توانبخشی معلولان که از طریق شیوة نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند، شایستگیهای کارآفرینانة معلولان جسمی- حرکتی تعیین شد. پس از تحلیل دادهها و تجمیع مفاهیم استخراجشده، درمجموع 38 مؤلفه بهدست آمد که در هشت بعد شایستگیهای کارآفرینانة معلولان جای گرفتند. این ابعاد شامل شایستگیهای شناسایی فرصت، ارتباطی، مفهومی، سازماندهی، راهبردی، تعهد، شایستگیهای فردی و مدیریتی کسبوکار بودند که دو بعد شایستگیهای فردی و شایستگیهای مدیریتی کسبوکار به چارچوب مورد استفاده در این پژوهش افزوده شدند. نتایج این مطالعه میتواند علاوهبر افزایش دانش کارآفرینی معلولان، به سیاستگذاران و متصدیان در تدوین سیاستهای آموزشی و حمایتی معلولان کمک کند.

تأثیرپذیری کارآفرینی اجتماعی از رهبری هوشمند با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر رهبری هوشمند بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق بهلحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری دادهها توصیفی از نوع همبستگی است. جامعة آماری را تمام کارکنان دانشگاه بوعلی سینای همدان تشکیل میدهند که نمونة آماری مورد مطالعه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران و از طریق روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی 185 نفر تعیین شد. برای گردآوری دادههای پژوهش از سه پرسشنامة استاندارد رهبری هوشمند، یادگیری سازمانی و کارآفرینی اجتماعی استفاده شد. دادههای تحقیق پس از جمعآوری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای آماری Lisrel و SPSS تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد: اثر مستقیم رهبری هوشمند بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی و یادگیری سازمانی مثبت و معنادار است، اثر مستقیم یادگیری سازمانی بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی مثبت و معنادار است و اثر غیرمستقیم رهبری هوشمند بر کارآفرینی اجتماعی با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی مثبت و معنادار است. درنتیجه، رهبری هوشمند و یادگیری سازمانی بر توسعة کارآفرینی اجتماعی در نظام آموزشی عالی تأثیر میگذارد.

ارزیابی مؤلفههای مدیریت زنجیرة تأمین کارآفرینانة مرتبط با فرایند توسعة محصول جدید (مورد مطالعه: شرکتهای کارآفرین فعال در صنعت شویندة ایران)
در این پژوهش، مؤلفههای مدیریت زنجیرة تأمین کارآفرینانة مرتبط با فرایند توسعة محصول جدید در شرکتهای کارآفرین فعال در صنعت شویندة ایران ارزیابی شده است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و برحسب گردآوری دادهها، پژوهشی کمی از نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی است. روش تجزیهوتحلیل در این پژوهش رویکرد ترکیبی AHP-TOPSIS است. جامعة آماری این تحقیق شامل 21 نفر از کارشناسان و کارشناسان ارشد تولید و مدیران ارشد شرکتهای منتخب در حوزة شویندهها (شرکتهای پاکنام، پاکریز، کندر، محصولات بینالمللی پارس، کفساز و من) است. با توجه به نتایج روش AHP بهمنظور تعیین وزنهای شاخصهای ارزیابی موفقیت توسعة محصول جدید، معیار سودآوری شرکت از فروش محصول جدید و میزان سهم بازار حاصل از تولید محصول جدید با 257/0 و 249/0 بیشترین اهمیت را دارند. با توجه به نتایج روش TOPSIS بهمنظور رتبهبندی مؤلفههای زنجیرة تأمین کارآفرینانه، مؤلفههای بازاریابی و فروش شرکت، رشد سهم بازار زنجیرة صنعت شوینده و عوامل سازمانی (منابع انسانی شرکت) با وزن 868/0، 779/0 و 757/0 بهترتیب در رتبههای اول تا سوم قرار دارند.

تأثیر اعتمادبهنفس بیشازحد و خوشبینی بر تصمیم به شروع فعالیتهای نوآورانه؛ نقش میانجی ادراک از خطر
در ادبیات کارآفرینی به تعصبات شناختی توجه ویژهای شده است، اما بیشتر این پژوهشها نقش ادراک از خطر را درنظر نگرفتهاند. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر اعتمادبهنفس بیشازحد و خوشبینی بر تصمیم به شروع فعالیتهای نوآورانه و تشریح نقش میانجی ادراک از خطر است. این پژوهش براساس هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و از نظر نحوة گردآوری دادهها از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعة آماری تحقیق، کارآفرینان مراکز رشد مستقر در دانشگاهها هستند. با مراجعه به فهرست شرکتهای فعال در مراکز رشد دانشگاهها، 405 کارآفرین شناسایی شدند که براساس فرمول کوکران برای حجم جامعة محدود، 200 نمونه انتخاب شد. این نمونهها براساس روش نمونهگیری طبقهای و با استفاده از روش تسهیم به نسبت برای هر دانشگاه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استفاده شد و روایی براساس تأیید عاملی تأییدی و پایایی با استفاده از ضرایب آلفای کرونباخ آزمون شد. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد اعتمادبهنفس بیشازحد و خوشبینی بر تصمیم به شروع فعالیتهای نوآورانه تأثیر مستقیم و مثبت دارد. همچنین، این دو تعصب شناختی با کاهش ادراک از خطر، بهصورت غیرمستقیم به فعالیتهای نوآورانه کمک میکنند.

تأثیر شایستگیهای کارآفرینانه در شکلگیری هوشیاری کارآفرینانه (مورد مطالعه: شرکتهای خدمات مشاورة کشاورزی استان کرمان)
هدف این تحقیق، بررسی تأثیر شایستگیهای کارآفرینانه بر شکلگیری ویژگی هوشیاری کارآفرینانة مرتبط با فرصتهای کارآفرینی بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و به لحاظ شیوة گردآوری دادهها، از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی- پیمایشی بود. جامعة آماری این تحقیق را 346 نفر از اعضای شرکتهای خدمات مشاورهای، فنی و مهندسی کشاورزی در شهرستانهای جنوب استان کرمان تشکیل میدهند که با توجه به فرمول کوکران، 132 نفر از آنها از طریق روش نمونهگیری طبقهای با انتساب متناسب انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد استفاده شد. برای تعیین روایی پرسشنامه از روایی صوری، تشخیصی و همگرا به روش تعیین شاخص میانگین واریانس استخراجشده استفاده شد. بهمنظور تعیین پایایی ابزار تحقیق نیز از روش پایایی ترکیبی استفاده شد که مقادیر آن برای بخشهای اصلی پرسشنامه در سطح مناسب (در دامنة بین 82/0 تا 90/0) قرار داشت. براساس نتایج تحقیق فرضیههای پژوهش تأیید شد و مشخص شد شایستگی کارآفرینانه تأثیر مثبت و معنیداری بر سه شاخص هوشیاری کارآفرینانه شامل پویش و جستوجو، برقراری روابط و پیوندها و ارزشیابی و قضاوت دارد. همچنین، نتایج نشان داد در بین شاخصهای هوشیاری کارآفرینانه، شاخص ارزشیابی و قضاوت در مقایسه با دو شاخص دیگر بیشترین تأثیرپذیری را از شایستگیهای کارآفرینانه دارد.

ارتباط میان رهبری تحولآفرین، بازاریابی داخلی و گرایش کارآفرینانه (مورد مطالعه: شرکت ملی مناطق نفتخیز جنوب)
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی ارتباط میان رهبری تحولآفرین، بازاریابی داخلی و گرایش کارآفرینانه در شرکت ملی مناطق نفتخیز جنوب صورت گرفته است. این پژوهش از نوع کاربردی و بهصورت توصیفی- همبستگی است. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل 320 نفر از کارشناسان و سرپرستان بیست ادارة تابعة مدیریت تدارکات و امور کالا بوده است که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری طبقهای تصادفی، 143 نفر نمونه درنظر گرفته شد. جمعآوری دادهها براساس پرسشنامة استاندارد انجام گرفت که روایی آن را اعضای هیئتعلمی دانشگاه و پایایی آن را روش پایایی ترکیبی و آلفای کرونباخ تأیید کرد. تجزیه و تحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار Smart PLS-2 صورت پذیرفت. نتایج نشان داد رهبری تحولآفرین بر گرایش کارآفرینانه با شدت (409/0)، رهبری تحولآفرین بر بازاریابی داخلی با شدت (493/0) و همچنین، بازاریابی داخلی بر گرایش کارآفرینانه با شدت (381/0) تأثیر دارد و درنهایت بازاریابی داخلی در تأثیر رهبری تحولآفرین بر گرایش کارآفرینانه با شدت (188/0) بهعنوان میانجیگری جزئی تأثیرگذار است.
