کارآفرینی زوجی در ایران: چه عوامل محیط درونی موجب موفقیت زوجهای کارآفرین میشوند؟
کسبوکارهای زوجی، نوع خاصی از کسبوکارهای خانوادگی هستند که علیرغم نقش مؤثری که در دهههای اخیر در اقتصاد کشورها داشته اند، مطالعات محدودی درباره آنها انجامشده است. در این راستا، شناسایی عوامل مؤثر بر موفقیت زوجهای کارآفرین میتواند راهحلهای مفید و مؤثری در بهبود و توسعه این نوع کارآفرینی ارائه دهد. لذا این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی عوامل محیط درونی مؤثر بر موفقیت زوجهای کارآفرین در یک تحقیق کاربردی با استفاده از روش تحقیق کیفی روایتی انجام شده است. نمونههای مورد مطالعه از میان زوجهای کارآفرین موفقی انتخاب شدند که کسبوکار زوجی خدماتی کوچک و نوپایی را در شهر تهران ایجاد کردهاند. تحلیل مضمون روایتهای چهارده مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته انجامشده با زنان در این کسبوکارهای زوجی به شناسایی سه تم اصلی "تعاملات زوجین" شامل چهار تم فرعی روابط عاطفی زوجین، ارتباطات شفاف، احترام و اعتماد متقابل و توانایی برقراری تعامل؛ "مدیریت و برنامه ریزی" با سه تم فرعی روابط کاری، تعادل کار و خانواده و رهبری مشارکتی و در نهایت "منابع" با دو تم فرعی منابع مالی و منابع غیرمالی انجامید. این یافته ها به سیاست گذاران و برنامه ریزان توسعه کارآفرینی کمک می کند اقدامات حمایتی مناسبی برای توسعه کارآفرینی زوجی در کشور طراحی و پیاده سازی کنند. در پایان نیز پیشنهادهایی جهت انجام پژوهشهای آتی ارائهشده است.

تأثیر هوش راهبردی بنگاه مادر بر اثربخشی راهبردهای احیا در توابع بحرانزده
یکی از فلسفههای وجودی بنگاههای مادر، ارزش افزایی در شرکتهای تابعه است که این نقش در توابع بحرانزده به شکل حمایت در فرایند احیا و کمک به خروج از بحران جلوه میکند. در این مقاله هدف آن است تا تأثیر هوشمندی راهبردی بنگاه مادر بر اثربخشی راهبردهای احیا در توابع بحرانزده را موردبررسی قرارگرفت. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف، پژوهشی کاربردی و بر حسب گردآوری اطلاعات، پژوهشی توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش در بخش توابع بحرانزده شامل شرکتهای ایرانی در بازه زمانی سالهای 1370 تا 1390 است که حداقل طی دو سال متوالی شاهد افول شاخصهای مالی بودهاند که 42 هلدینگ بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند و در هریک بهتناسب شرکتهای دچار بحران تعداد 126 شرکت بهعنوان نمونه توزیع شد. در انتخاب نمونهها از روش نمونهگیری غیر احتمالی هدفمند استفاده گردید. پایایی و روایی ابزار پژوهش با استفاده از آزمونهای ضریب بار عاملی، پایایی ترکیبی، آلفاکرونباخ، روایی همگرا و روایی واگرا اندازهگیری شدند. دادههای حاصل با استفاده از روش حداقل مربعات جزئی (smart- PLS2) و SPSS24 مورد تجزیهوتحلیل قرار گرفتند. نتایج آزمون فرضیه اصلی آشکار ساخت که هوش راهبردی بنگاه مادر بر اثربخشی راهبردهای احیا و در نتیجه آن در عملکرد کسب و کار بهصورت کلی تأثیر معناداری دارد. بهعلاوه نتایج آزمون فرضیههای فرعی تحقیق نیز، تأثیر معنادار هوش مادری بر کلیه راهبردهای احیا یعنی راهبرد سازماندهی مجدد داراییها، راهبرد سازماندهی مجدد دیون، راهبرد کارایی عملیات و راهبرد تمرکز مجدد بازار- محصول را مورد تأیید قرار داد.

رقابتی بودن و سرعت بالای تولید و بهرهبرداری از دانش در دنیای امروز، چگونگی تبدیل آن به جریان بازده اقتصادی را برای پژوهشگران و سرمایهگذاران به عنوان یکی از چالشهای اصلی سیاستگذاری بدل ساخته است. تجاریسازی علم و فناوری، فعالیتی چندبعدی است، ابعادی نظیر حقوقی، مالی و بازاریابی. لذا مستلزم نگرشی نظاممند است تا ذی نفعان، کارکردها، شرایط محیطی و سایر عوامل تاثیرگذار در فرایند تجاریسازی مورد توجه واقع شود. این مطالعه درصدد است تا با رویکرد فراترکیب، چارچوبی برای تحلیل تجاریسازی علم و فناوری ارائه دهد. از اینرو، روش پژوهش برحسب هدف کاربردی و برحسب گردآوری اطلاعات فراترکیب است. برای انتخاب مقالهها با جست وجو در پایگاه های معتبر تعداد 47 سندکه درفاصله زمانی 2015-2021 منتشر شده است، به عنوان اسناد مرتبط و معتبر شناسایی و در ادامه نیز با رویکرد فراترکیب، اسناد منتخب بررسی و کدگذاری شده اند .در نهایت، تحلیل تم منجر به شناسایی سه مقوله، ابعاد تحلیل: مالی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، انسانی، زیرساختها، شبکه و تعاملات، بازیگران: نیروی انسانی متخصص، موسسات آموزش عالی و پژوهشی، نهادهای مالی، کارگزاران فناوری، نهادهای ارئه دهندگان خدمات تخصصی، نهادهای ترویجی، نهادهای تنظیمگر و سیاستگذار و کارکردها: سیاستگذاری و تنظیمگری، کارآفرینی فناورانه، تأمین مالی و سرمایهگذاری، رصد و پایش علم و فناوری، تسهیلگری، تحقیق و توسعه و آموزش و توسعه دیپلماسی علم و فناوری شده است.

تاثیر تیم کارآفرینانه بر مقیاس پذیری کسب وکارهای نوپا
رشد شرط لازم برای بقاء کسبوکارنوپا بوده و مقیاسپذیری[1] ابزاری به منظور تسهیل رشد و تضمین بقاء کسبوکارهاینوپا میباشد. مقیاسپذیری کسبوکارنوپا تحت تاثیر عوامل متعددی مانند تیمهای کارآفرینانه است. با وجود نقش قابل توجه تیمهای کارآفرینانه در رشد و مقیاسپذیری کسبوکارهاینوپا، در پژوهشهای پیشین به این عامل توجه چندانی نشده است. بر این اساس پژوهش حاضر به بررسی تاثیر تیمهای کارآفرینانه بر اساس متفیرهای تنوع و روند تیمی میپردازد. متغیرهای مرتبط با تنوع تیم، عوامل جمعیتشناختی را شامل میشود که عبارتند از سن، جنسیت و پیشینه عملکردی و متغیرهای روند تیمی، جامعیّت شناختی در سطح تیم، تعهد تیم، سایز تیم و تمامیت تیم را در بر میگیرند. این پژوهش از منظر هدف کاربردی بوده و روش گردآوری دادهها توصیفی- همبستگی است. ابزار گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه محققساخته میباشد که میان مدیران 90 کسبوکار نوپا واقع در استان تهران با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی از اردیبهشت لغایت تیر 1399 توزیع شد. دادههای با استفاده از نرم افزارSmartPLS3 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. آلفای کرونباخ برای تمامی سازهها بالاتر از 7/0 و مقدار میانگین واریانس استخراج شده بالاتر از 5/0 بوده و روایی و پایایی سازهها تأیید شد. بر اساس یافتهها تیم کارآفرینانه با ابعاد پنجگانه بر مقیاسپذیری کسبوکار نوپا موثر است و نتایج نشان میدهد که ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی و جامعیّتشناختی به ترتیب بالاترین و تمامیت تیم کمترین ضریب مسیر تأثیرگذاری را بر مقیاسپذیری کسبوکارنوپا دارند.

شناسایی مؤلفه ها و سنجش روابط ابعاد زیست بوم کارآفرینی دانشجویی
هدف از انجام پژوهش، شناسایی مؤلفهها و سنجش روابط بین ابعاد زیستبوم کارآفرینی دانشجویی در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد است. این پژوهش از نظر نوع هدف کاربردی و از نظر نحوه گردآوری دادهها آمیخته- اکتشافی است. در بخش کیفی، ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات مصاحبه نیمهساختیافته با 13 نفر از اساتید و خبرگان زیستبوم کارآفرینی بود که با روش گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند و در بخش کمی با استفاده از پرسشنامه مقایسههای زوجی و با روش DEMATEL، روابط بین ابعاد زیستبوم کارآفرینی دانشجویی با توجه به نظرات خبرگان، تعیین و شبکه روابط بهصورتی یکپارچه طراحی و در قالب الگویی ارائه گردید که بیانگر شدت اثر ابعاد بر هم میباشد. این پژوهش در بازه زمانی تابستان 1399 انجام شده است و بر اساس یافتهها،74 مؤلفه در 9 بعد حمایت و پشتیبانی، آموزش و یادگیری، پژوهش و فناوری، رویدادها و اجتماعات، فرهنگی و اجتماعی، قوانین و مقررات، سیاستگذاری، منابع مالی و نهادها، شبکهها و تعاملات شناسایی شد؛ همچنین بر اساس نتایج بهدست آمده از روش دیمتل مشخص شد که 5 بعد آموزش و یادگیری، پژوهش و فناوری، سیاستگذاری، قوانین و مقررات و منابع مالی بهعنوان ابعاد اثرگذار یا علتها و 4 بعد حمایت و پشتیبانی، رویدادها و اجتماعات، فرهنگی و اجتماعی و نهادها، شبکهها و تعاملات به عنوان ابعاد اثرپذیر یا معلولها در زیستبوم کارآفرینی دانشجویی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد شناخته میشوند.

گرایش بینالمللی شدن و عملکرد صادراتی: بررسی آثار میانجی دانش صادراتی و تعدیلگر پویایی محیطی
رقابت شدید در بازار داخلی و جهانیشدن تمایل شرکتها به بینالمللی شدن را افزایش داده است. در این بین صادرات یکی از راهبردهایی است که بیشترین کاربرد را برای بینالمللی شدن شرکتها داشته است. هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تاثیر گرایش بینالمللی شدن و دانش صادراتی بر عملکرد صادراتی با نقش تعدیلگری پویایی محیطی است. پژوهش حاضرکاربردی و به لحاظ جمعآوری دادهها توصیفی-پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش شرکتهای کوچکومتوسط صادراتی در شهر تبریز هستند که از این میان تعداد 114 نفر از مدیران و معاونان این شرکتها به روش سرشماری انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد که روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه از دیدگاه صاحبنظران و پایایی آن با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. برای آزمون فرضیهها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار PLS3 استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که گرایش بینالمللی شدن هم به طور مستقیم و هم از طریق دانش صادراتی تاثیر مثبتی بر عملکرد صادراتی شرکتها دارد. همچنین پویایی محیطی رابطه بین گرایش بینالمللی شدن و عملکرد صادراتی را تعدیل میکند. نتایج نشان داد گرایش بینالمللی شدن زمینه لازم را برای ورود شرکتها به بازارهای بینالمللی فراهم میکند تا آنان سریعتر بینالمللی شوند و با جبران کمبود منابع باعث گسترش این نوع شرکتها میشود. نتایج پژوهش میتواند به عنوان یک راهنما برای سیاستگذاران، شرکتها و مدیران صادراتی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.

تحقق آموزش کارآفرینانه آنلاین مبتنی بر فناوریهای نوین دیجیتال در ایران با رویکرد سناریونویسی
این پژوهش میکوشد تا با شناخت صحیح پارادایمهای آموزش آنلاین و استفاده هدفمند از فناوریهای نوین دیجیتال، بتواند اهداف آموزش کارآفرینانه را در این بستر محقق ساخته و توسعه دهد. پژوهش حاضر از منظر هدف، کاربردی و روش آمیخته با رویکرد متوالی، در دو مرحلهی کمی و کیفی انجام شده است. بخش کمی به روش مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری، با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در تابستان 1399 ازمیان جامعه آماری از اساتید دانشگاههای شهر تهران (شهیدبهشتی، علم و صنعت، فرهنگیان، آزاد اسلامی، پیام نور) و کارشناسان حوزه فناوری اطلاعات،که با استناد به فرمول کوکران از بین آنها 115 نفر به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و طبقهای با تخصیص متناسب انتخاب شدند، در بخش کیفی با رویکرد سناریونویسی، شناسایی پیشرانها و حالتهای عدم قطعیت با بررسی تاثیرات متقاطع از ماتریس عوامل کلیدی برمبنای اجماع نظر 15 خبره، با تکنیک گلوله برفی در پاییز 1399، انجام شده است. در روش کمی یافتههای پژوهش ضمن تایید تاثیر مستقیم 4 مولفه هوشمندسازی، آموزش کارآفرینانه، محیط یادگیری آنلاین و سواد دیجیتال بر تحقق آموزش کارآفرینانه آنلاین در قلمرو مکانی ایران با شناسایی 5 پیشران موثر (شیوه نوین آموزش، شخصی سازی، رباتچتها، ادغام تدریس و دسترسی همه جانبه به منابع) به شناسایی و نگارش سناریوهای محتمل با استفاده از نرم افزار سناریوویزارد پرداخته است که 4 سناریو با یشترین سازگاری و احتمال وقوع در آینده نتیجه شد.

مدلسازی و پیکرهبندی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال در شرکتهای دانش بنیان کوچک و متوسط
کارآفرینی دیجیتال بعنوان پدیده نوظهور قادر است تا فرصتهای متعددی را برای فعالیت کارآفرینی از طریق دیجیتالی شدن فراهم کند. شیوع کووید-19 ضرورت توسعه این نوع کارآفرینی را تسریع نموده است. هدف این پژوهش، مدلسازی و پیکرهبندی عوامل اثرگذار بر توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال در شرکتهای دانش بنیان کوچک و متوسط، از طریق سطحبندی و تعیین میزان شدت تعاملات آنهاست. روش تحقیق پژوهش از لحاظ هدف،کاربردی و از منظر گردآوری اطلاعات آمیخته- اکتشافی است. این پژوهش دارای دوبخش کیفی برای شناسایی وسطح بندی عوامل موثر در توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال و یک بخش کمّی برای اندازهگیری تعاملات عوامل است. در بخش کیفی، ابتدا از مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته با 17 نفر از خبرگان برای شناسایی عوامل اثرگذاردر توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال و در مرحله بعد، برای تعیین سطوح عوامل از مدلسازی ساختاری-تفسیری استفاده شد. در بخش کمّی نیز از روش دیمتل استفاده شده، به این منظور پرسشنامه دیمتل در اختیار 12 نفر از خبرگان قرارگرفت و با استفاده از مدلسازی دیمتل میزان تاثیر عوامل محاسبه شد. نتایج تحقیق 7 عامل اثربخش را در توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال نشان میدهد، این عوامل در سه دسته زمینهای، ساختاری و محتوایی طبقهبندی میشوند. عوامل بعد ساختاری با بیشترین تاثیرپذیری و عوامل بعد زمینهای با بیشترین تاثیرگذاری، نقش مهمی را در توسعه کارآفرینی دیجیتال در شرکتهای دانش بنیان کوچک و متوسط دارا هستند.

روابط ساختاری بین گرایش به کارآفرینی سبز و نوآوری سبز با نقش میانجی یادگیری زنجیره تأمین در شرکت های کوچک و متوسط
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر گرایش به کارآفرینی سبز بر نوآوری بنیادی سبز و نوآوری تدریجی سبز از طریق متغیر میانجی یادگیری زنجیره تأمین بود. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی- همبستگی است که درسال 1399 انجام گرفته است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را شرکت های کوچک و متوسط شهرک صنعتی جی اصفهان تشکیل می دادند. حجم نمونه بر اساس جدول مورگان و به روش تصادفی ساده تعیین گردید. با در نظر گرفتن شهرک صنعتی جی اصفهان به عنوان جامعه آماری، 210 نفر از مدیران ارشد به عنوان نمونه در نظر گرفته شد. برای جمع آوری داده ها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه با بهره گیری از روایی محتوایی و روایی سازه تأیید شد و پایایی آن با روش آلفای کرونباخ تعیین گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها و آزمون فرضیه ها، از مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری به کمک نرم افزار7.4 MPLUS استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش نشان داد که گرایش به کارآفرینی سبز بر یادگیری زنجیره تأمین، نوآوری بنیادی سبز و نوآوری تدریجی سبز تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد. همچنین یافته ها نشان داد که تأثیر یادگیری زنجیره تأمین بر نوآوری بنیادی سبز و نوآوری تدریجی سبز مثبت و معنادار می باشد. علاوه بر این، یافته ها حاکی از آن است که گرایش به کارآفرینی سبز بر نوآوری بنیادی سبز و نوآوری تدریجی سبز از طریق متغیر میانجی یادگیری زنجیره تأمین تأثیرگذار است.

نوآوری فرآیندی، دستاوردهایی نظیر تعریف رویه های جدید، افزایش بهرهوری، کاهش هزینهها و توسعه محصولات را بدنبال دارد. اما شرکتها همیشه منابع لازم و کافی برای پرداختن به آن را در اختیار ندارند. بنابراین میتوانند با بکارگیری دانش و فناوری بیرونی یا همکاری با شرکای بیرونی از نوآوری در سیستمها و فرآیندهای خود بهره ببرند. هدف این پژوهش مطالعه تاثیر نوآوری باز بر نوآوری فرآیندی در شرکتهای کوچک و متوسط صنایع غذایی ایران و بررسی اثر تعدیلگرانه قابلیتهای یادگیری و محافظت روی این رابطه است. این پژوهش که در سال 1399 به انجام رسیده است؛ از نظر هدف کاربردی و بر حسب گردآوری اطلاعات، پیمایشی است. داده های لازم بر اساس پرسشنامه محقق ساخته، به روش نمونه گیری تصادفی جمع آوری و برای تحلیل دادهها از مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری به روش حداقل مربعات جزئی در نرم افزار اسمارت پی ال اس نسخه 01/3 استفاده شد. یافتههای پژوهش نشان داد که بین همکاری با شرکای بیرونی و نوآوری فرآیندی تدریجی و بنیادی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود داشته و این رابطه مثبت بین اکتساب دانش و فناوری بیرونی و نوآوری فرآیندی تدریجی و بنیادی نیز تایید شد. همچنین بر اساس نتایج قابلیت یادگیری رابطه همکاری با شرکای بیرونی و نوآوری فرآیند (هم تدریجی و هم بنیادی) را تعدیل کرده و قابلیت محافظت نیز رابطه همکاری با شرکای بیرونی و نوآوری فرآیندی بنیادی را تعدیل مینماید.
